We've been going through a bit of a mid-year review and as I was looking at the metrics about our HR Blog, it became very clear that you - our audience, our community, has a very broad range of interest in all aspects of HR. One could make some pretty interesting assumptions about what HR Professionals are interested in learning about in order to stay on top of what is important to both business and employees in a rapidly changing workplace environment. As part of our reflection on the last financial year, we decided to put together a list of the top 10 Blog posts (based on popularity / readership) from the last 12 months.

The Top 10 List - Most Popular Blogs From The Last 12 Months

If you cast your eye over the Blog titles, it is pretty clear what is troubling the hearts and minds of HR Professionals: organisational restructures, stress levels, employee wellbeing, HR metrics, and how HR technology is disrupting the workplace (hopefully for the better).

Work Smarter, Not Harder And Reduce HR Employee Stress Levels

One of the ways that HR technology can help you reduce stress levels is by giving you tools to improve your HR processes and automate (pretty much) everything. From posting vacancies and scheduling interviews, through to managing performance and completing reviews it is now possible to automate every touch-point in the Employee lifecycle. Manual handling of HR related paperwork is a thing of the past and is no longer a necessary part of working in Human Resources.

If you're still sceptical about whether or not HR technology can actually benefit you or your organisation, we offer you this opportunity:  We are so confident that Subscribe-HR's new Pi (π) Performance Management solution will blow your socks off, we're offering you the opportunity to test-drive how your very own Performance Review Form (and process) works, when automated within the Pi solution - at no cost!

Following 10 years of practical research and 12 Months in our innovation build tank, Subscribe-HR is pleased to offer you our Complimentary (that's FREE) Performance Review / Form build service, no strings attached. The Subscribe-HR Pi (π) solution functionality is so fast, so revolutionary in terms of configuration and rapid deployment, that we can make this complimentary offer to you. We are confident that you will impressed with the turnaround and also with the functionality of the system. All you need to do to get the process started is click on the button below :)
