It is important for our prospects and customers to be familiar with what we stand for
as a responsible business. All that we do is underpinned by Values that relate directly to our reason
for being and how that transfers through to our product, service, customer interaction
and interaction with our colleagues. We call this the Universal Values Program. These
values are what make us tick. Integrity is extremely important to us. Freedom - Expression of self and ideas. Encouraging our Employees and our Customers to communicate openly and honestly. This promotes a very happy and creative environment. We offer our staff Freedom Days. Freedom to relax and recuperate. Compassion - Understand how people feel. It's not always about the next dollar It's about trying to make a difference. Sometimes big and sometimes small. Donating to charity. Helping with cleaning the environment. Understanding customer needs which are not always commercially driven. Helping - This ties directly into compassion. How do we make a difference to our Customers, our Peers and the Community. Simplicity - This drives the way we do business and the way our product is design and delivered. It underpins our development Philosophy. Simple, Quality, Reliable. Simplicity allows us to innovate quickly and deliver productivity to our customers. Honesty - Without honesty there is no comfort. Things should flow smoothly. Without honesty this is not possible. Truth is the best policy. Respect - Different points of view. Different Needs. Different Opinions. Not to be judged. To listen and understand. Without action, there are no results. Helping people manage people is a very important role. It makes a difference. |
