You can visit the Subscribe-HR website without telling us specifically who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. We may sometimes resolve your IP address for Marketing purposes.
The types of Personal Information we may collect about you through our sites include contact and identifying information (name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers, business, title or job position), information about your interest the Subscribe-HR products or services, information about your interest in newsletters, seminars, or other services that we provide (solely or jointly with others), information provided in connection with the registration of your organisation for certain solutions (such as Subscribe-HR modules: Core-HR, e-Recruitment, Self-Service), information about other transactions that you or your organisation may enter with Subscribe-HR, and any other Personal Information that you may provide to us in an online form or through an email.
Where we collect Personal Information through online forms, we will notify you of which fields are mandatory for the particular service or functionality you are requesting (i.e., through the use of an asterisk (*) next to such mandatory field), and which fields are optional. All Subscribe-HR applications are hosted in Tier-4 (highest spec) data facilities which have 24/7 manned security and video surveillance. When accessing the Subscribe-HR application using SSL enabled browser e.g Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, Safari, Firefox, Opera or Chrome, SSL (256-Bit) technology protects your information (VeriSign). Security is enforced both by server authentication and data encryption. We are committed to keeping your information secure and safe. Each user in your organisation has their own unique user name and password that needs to be entered each time they wish to access the system. This user name and password allows users to access information relevant to their system role or position in the organisation. Subscribe-HR will issue a session "cookie" with the purpose of recording encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. Subscribe-HR uses managed firewall facility to ensure that the highest level of protection is provided to all users and systems. Subscribe-HR makes best efforts to adhere to Safe Harbor Principles (EU). Subscribe-HR takes reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data in our Data centers from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Applicants for Employment With Clients and Client Employees (Includes EU and Swiss Data)
If you are a candidate for employment with one of our Clients, an employee of one of our Clients, or an End User with an existing relationship with one of our Clients, you should refer to the Client's website or human resources manager to understand the privacy practices that apply to Personal Data that we may maintain about you. If you would like to access and review your Personal Data, you should contact our Client (your potential or existing employer) with any such requests. We will cooperate as appropriate with requests from our Clients to assist with such responses.
