Performance
Performance Tab in Settings allows you to configure the type of performance review process you conduct. You can Select from: Manager Only and Dual Process. The Performance Review Process can Manage: Skills, Goals, Values and Development Plans. Please note, if a Dual Processes is being used, a Performance Tab will appear in the users Dashboard
- Employees can define their own goals
- Managers define the skills of their team members
- Employees Assess themselves if a Dual Process is being used
- Managers Assess Employees if a Manager Assessment is being used
- Both Employees and Managers assess the Employee, then average is calculated based on total of all the scores
Note: Please speak to your account manager about the workflow processing regarding Employee Assesment and Manager Assessment of their team members.
Performance Tab
- Manager Only means that the Manger will be sent Notifications about the Performance Review of their Team Members. No employee involvement takes place
- Dual Process means that Employees will assess thenselves, Managers will then be notified after the assessment is finished so that they can assess their team member, and once the processes is complete, an average of the scores will be calculated
- Annual Review Settings. Select from the check boxes the areas you are going to assess upon in the review: E.g. Skills, Goals, Values, Development Plan
- Mid-Year Review Setttings. Select from the check boxes the areas you are going to assess upon in the review: E.g. Skills, Goals, Values, Development Plan
- Quarterly Review Settings. Select from the check boxes the areas you are going to assess upon in the review: E.g. Skills, Goals, Values, Development Plan
- Employees Can Rate Their Skills. Select this if you would like the employee to be able to rate their skills in a Dual Assessment
- Employees Can Define Their Goals. Select this if you would like the employee to be able to define goals. These goals can be rated by the employee in the proceeding part of the assessment
- Employees Can Rate Their Goals. This process forms part of the Dual Assessment. The goals are rated based on either the manager defining them or the employee defining them as part of the previous step
- Employees Can Rate Company Values. Allow the Employee to rate their performance against Company Values as part of the Dual Assessment
- Performance Review Completion Window. 7 Days or 14 Days. This means that each stage of the review process should be completed within 7 days or 14 days. Workflow e-mails will be triggered based on these settings.
