Adding New Questionnaires
Questionnaires can be created to make the process of setting up Vacancy Stages more simple and quicker. They are used in conjunction with Standard Questions which can be set-up in Maintenace. Once you have done this, you can then assign these Standard Questions to a Questionnaire. To do this:
- Click on the Questionnaires Folder in the Recruitment Module
- Click on Create to Create a New Questionnaire
- You will see the Standard Questions that have been created in the Maintenance option, ready to be dragged into the Questionnaire Form
- You can also click on "Create HTML" entry which is located on the right hand side of the page, to add further text explanation etc to the bottom of the question it self
- Save form when complete
Please note that to link these Questionnaires to a Vacancy, you need to access the relevant Vacancy and then select options from Fields: "Link Questionnaire" and "Link Questionnaire (Other Questions Section". Please see Vacancy Information also.
Creating Talent Pools
- After logging into Subscribe-HR, select the Recruitment TAB.
- Select the Talent Pools folder.
- Select the Create button.
- Select the Talent Pool Name you would like to create
- Select the Save button.
- Once the Talent Pool is created, when any vacancy is Activated, and the applicant expresses their interest in terms of Business Areas e.g. Marketing, IT, Sales etc (Multiple can be selected), they will automatically be assigned to these Talent Pool Groups.
Talent Pool Applicants Tab
When you select a Talent Pool, and then view "Applicants" Tab, you will see all the applicants that belong to that specific "Talent Pool". Please note that if you select the "Internal Only" check box on the general tab. If you use this feature, applicants will not be able to select and area of the business they are interest in. You will need to do this form them using the Applicant Form, and assigning the Talent Pool to them from there.
- View the Applicant Name
- View their most Recent Cover Letter and CV
- Search CV's based on key word searching. Note, if the Applicants are under a Key Words search, these "Key Words' will be listed again their records
- View Ratings. Rating can be recorded against Applicants Manually. The rating allows you to select highly rated Applicants for future communication
- View Score. The score is derived from their latest application/profile entry
- Enter and or View Comment. This will allow recruiters to enter and view text based comments
- E-mail. Select the Applicants you would like to communicate with and then Select Actions. From here you can send either bulk or Single e-mails depending on how many people you have selected
- Drop Into Vacancy. This will allow you to select an Applicant or Multiple Applicants and drop them into a Specific stage for a specific Vacancy. (Please note: the Applicant will remain in the relevant Talent Pool/s
- Applicants can be dropped into Talent Pools from their Applicant Masterfile Page. Click on Applicants, then select the relevant applicant. In the main page you will be able to assigned Talent Pools to the Applicant.
Talent Pool Comment
The Comments option allows you to type specific text in that relates to the Talent Pool Member. This will write the comment into the History so that if you click on the "View History" option underneath, you can then view this information. View History will also allow you to view all contacts that you have had with the Applicant either when using the Talent Pool feature or communicating with the as an Applicant for a specific Vacancy.

View History will allow you to access any contact History that you have had with the applicant either whilst that are applying for a Vacancy or, through Talent Pools (Comment).
Talent Pool Rating and Flagging
Rating and Flagging can be used to Highlight Talent that you may or may not want to deal with in the future. The Flags are flexible in terms of how they are used by you. E.g. Red - No Need for Future Contact (Serial Applicant). Green - Great Prospect.
