If you've had a look around our website recently, you will have noticed that the Subscribe-HR website has grown. Technology evolves pretty quickly these days, and as a technology company, we need to be able to keep pace with how tech changes, not just for our customers, but also in our own back yard. Our new website is part of an evolution we've undertaken to stretch ourselves beyond what has gone before, by creating an image more aligned with who we are as an organisation as we evolve and change.

Taking Subscribe-HR To The Next Level In 2015

Our vision and commitment at Subscribe-HR is not only to make Human Resource Management Software that is packed with features that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and simplicity for the employees who use it. We also strive to be an organisation who models everything we do, and everything we offer along those same lines. Our service to you starts well before you become a customer - we hope you like the new look.

As an organisation who makes it a priority to adhere to a sustainable business model where we never outgrow our capacity to offer personalised service to our customers, it's sometimes challenging to ascertain how to best manage our resources as we evolve. Navigo's 4th Annual Australian Technology Reports made it clear that some of the bigger HR Software providers in Australia are really letting their customers down on customer service and this is a big issue. It is a delicate balancing act to ensure that customer service doesn't overshadow product development and vice versa.

Now that we've brought our website in line with the evolution of our organisation since its inception, and the continued improvements and upgrades we've made to our HR software, in 2015 we've set ourselves a big goal for the first half of the year.

A Whole New Level of Performance Management

Performance Management is a hot topic and there is much debate about its relevance. We've spent a significant amount of time and energy looking at how performance is traditionally / currently managed (both on an interpersonal level and in a technology context) and we believe it's time for a revolution in the performance management space.

In 2015 Subscribe-HR will be launching a Performance Management solution that doesn't just give HR Professionals (and those leaders responsible for managing employees) the same old tools to handle this aspect of work life. We're creating a solution that offers, encourages and supports (through tech) a whole new way of approaching how we manage employees.
