Performance Reviews: Annual Reviews can be set-up based on everyone starting at once or everyone doing their review based on start date. Reviews can be set-up based on cycles. These cycles can be can be for all people or based on Job Types. Reviews forms can also be set-up based on everyone using the same review form or individual Jobs having their own Review Forms. Rating Scales can be put in place and linked to Review Forms. So you can Rate on areas likes Skills, Goals, Values and or Behaviours, or you can use Questions - Text, Multiple Choice, Multi Select etc. Review Steps in cycles can be defined based in: PDP's, Reviews, Catch-ups. Subscribe-HR also caters for 30 Degree Reviews, Two-Way, Employee Only, Manager Only. Review reporting is available based on individual review or summary reporting from a People and Culture perspective. Review scoring can be linked through to the Remuneration Modelling Tool.
Catch-ups: Real-time Catch-ups can be created between the Employee and the Manager and conversations can be started and scheduled on a rolling basis with next catch-up dates put in place. Conversation text can be easily seen from within the Performance Dashboard. Catch-ups can be linked to Goals.
Goals: Goals can be created by Managers or Employees as Adhoc Goals with completion management from within the Performance Management Widget. Goals can form part of the overall review and be created from a PDP step. Goals can also be created on the fly.
