Pricing that works for you

Subscribe-HR's elastic pricing is structured to suit you, in the way that fits you best, meaning you're in control. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a payment option for your organisation. Price Per Employee Per Month can range from between $6.00 AUD to $12.00 AUD depending on the size of your business and number of solutions selected. Prices Exclude all relevant Country based Tax including VAT, GST etc. Minimum Charge is based on 50 Employees: Support and Subscription. Minimum Set-up Costs $2,000.00 AUD. Set-up costs vary based on your requirements. Payment is Annually in advance. A cost indication will be issued following your Discovery Session with will include your Subscription Fee and One-off Set-up Costs. Subscribe-HR is pleased to offer NFP cost Reductions to Not for Profit Organisations.

Subscribe-HR APPS

Subscribe-HR APPS are charged at a rate of 30 Cents (AUD) per employee per month in addition to the standard charged above. APPS include: SHaRe Add-ons, Jobs Board Add-ons, Company Directory, New OrgCharting, Workforce Planning etc. Subscribe-HR Customers can use the Subscribe-HR IDE to build their own APPS also.

FREE Software

Subscribe-HR Offers Free Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Software. Free Set-up is also provided: Based on using our Standard Configuration Tools. Set-up as many Onboarding and offboarding processes as your like and configure your own steps. You can have tailored Onboarding and Offboarding for different locations, roles, people etc. Steps can include (you choose the order) Letter of Offer, Contract, Company Policy Sign-off, Tax Forms, Super/Pension Forms, Surveys, Checklists, Company Property Assignment, Questionnaires + Workflow Automation for triggering other Core-HR and Performance Management Tasks.
