The AWS infrastructure puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy and follows the most stringent security protocols. All data is stored in highly secure AWS data centres, locally domiciled in Australia. Subscribe-HR utilises VPC to further increase overall security.

Subscribe-HR continues to utilise a managed firewall facility provided by preferred hosting partner Bulletproof Networks to ensure that the highest level of protection is provided to all users and systems. Bulletproof Networks customers include: Bluescope Steel, Woolworths, Department of Finance and Deregulation, Medibank Private, Investec Bank, Sage MicrOpay and Telstra.

European Clients have the option to host from our preferred data centre located in the EU. All data can be encrypted in this service. Alternatively, the EU Data Commission Schedule can be completed.
