Subscribe-HR will launch a major update of the e-Recruitment Software application in the first half of 2014.
This release will incorporate a new Surveying Tool, extended Social Media integration, and enhanced Data Mining and Data Searching Tools. This launch will run in conjunction with the build of a new Performance Management Software module which will also include Talent Pool building and searching linked with integrated Surveying capabilities.
In 2014, Subscribe-HR will focus in providing existing and new customers with greater ability to make real-time dynamic decisions as they save cost through reducing overheads. This will put pressure on business efficiency and the HR Department. Fast HR decision making will be key to supporting this strategic business initiative. HR Software is key in assisting with this.
