1. Pay Scales - Allowing for you to easily assign Award based Pay Rates to Employees when you are creating new employees records. The award rates are stored in the Subscribe-HR system and can be updates by Users from the Activation Hub. The Pay Scale can be assigned to the Employee in the New Employee Wizard. This will be released in August 2023.
2. Onboarding Update. New functionality will be added to the Onboarding Workflows, to allow users to assign Company Policies to Onboarding Packs or assign Company Polices to Departments and Locations to use these parameters for Onboarding. Send New Policies to existing Employees has also been added to the New Company Policy Wizard. This will be released in July - August 2023.
3. New User Interface. We are in the final stages of testing for this release. The released will be pushed to production in late August early September 2023. The User Interface has been updated to improve End User Experience. Existing Functionality has not been changed.
5. Community Dashboard. This will be a new Dashboard focusing on connecting your organisation using Community based Functionality. Including Posting Surveys for the Community to respond too. Community Dashboard has been provided to you as part of your existing subscription. NPS Survey, Pulse Survey have also been included.
