The report was created by Hill Holiday and Lippincott and is called 'Welcome to The Human Era.'
We highly recommend that you read the report - it will really get you thinking!
It certainly got us thinking and has inspired us to make a commitment to putting the ‘Human’ back in Human Resources.
To get a really good picture of what that would look like and in order to achieve our goal, we really need your input, your feedback and your participation!
We understand that what's needed is a collaborative effort :)
However, we also understand that being better at HR is not just about having the right Human Resources software available to you. As the demands on HR professionals shift from Operational and Administrative tasks to a more Strategic focus, we also want to hear about where the gaps are and what’s still missing from the game plan in relation to you being a successful Human Resources Professional of the future.
