The General Market is saying that they really are motivated by a Solution that provides e-Recruitment Software, HR Software and Payroll Software, all in one system. Generally speaking, the SME market is not happy with their e-recruitment systems and are looking for options. Recruitment agencies are mostly interested in Social Media Recruitment Tools. Whilst another really substantial request is for People Management Systems to be far more flexible.
